The threading die should screw onto the workpiece's thread manually, without excessive force, along its entire length. If this isn't possible, the thread doesn't meet the required standards (defective). The reference temperature for parts and gauges is 20°C. Upon request, VÖLKEL can provide a factory calibration certificate. Calibration is performed in an independent lab, following specified standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI), using IAC thread scanners.

• Threading Mismatch Indicator: If the ring cannot be screwed on, the thread does not meet the required standards (rejected)
